At Marrakech Basar, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible experience when purchasing our unique and authentic Berber rugs. We have implemented a comprehensive return policy to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

14-Day Return Window: We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your rug. This allows you ample time to inspect the rug and decide if it meets your expectations.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that all tags are still attached to the rug. We kindly request that you provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at NohailaMatjar@gmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues: We take great care in packaging and shipping our rugs, but in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged rug, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your rug for a different one, the fastest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original rug and make a separate purchase for the new one. This will expedite the process and ensure a smooth transaction.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned rug, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that most of the items we sell here are vintage, meaning that they may have some imperfections, due to their age or the way they’ve been made: all the items I have selected for the shop are handmade 100%. If there’s anything special you need to know about the item, it will be specified in the listing. Also, we try to take the most honest pictures so you get a good idea of what the item really looks like.

Return Conditions: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.
